Methodware has a comprehensive training programme for all its software tools. Training is provided either directly by Methodware, or through the Methodware partner network. Only Methodware Certified Trainers are permitted to provide training in Enterprise Risk Assessor, Methodware's flagship tool. To be registered as a Certified Trainer, partners must undergo an extensive "train the trainer" programme and must constantly maintain their expertise by regularly participating in update sessions.

Trainers follow a structured programme to ensure that standards are met, however they have the discretion to adapt their training to concentrate on specific functionality as required by the customer. Training standards are monitored by the use of online feedback forms.
