ERA IMPLEMENTATION & METHODOLOGY

QUARTERLY ERA REVIEWS
Methodware can provide a quarterly review of your use of ERA. These reviews are designed to assist you to maximize your use of ERA and to give you assurances that you are on track with your assessment processes. The quarterly reviews include:
- A review of the user's builder files and suggested improvements to framework and functionality
- Refresher training for assessor users (power and/or java)
- Addressing any difficulties with current use of the software
- New version training
- Training on functionality not currently used
- Advice on organisational roll out options
- Assistance with specialist use of ERA: eg Questionnaires, Strategic Planning etc.
