Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) allow the risk manager to evaluate
their risks using real data. Data can be imported from existing
systems (e.g. HR, Manufacturing etc.), or input manually. Reports
and graphs can be generated within Enterprise Risk Assessor (ERA).
KPIs can be used by the Risk Manager to determine whether the
risk evaluation is still valid.
Additionally, bounds can be determined for each indicator (eg. the maximum
number of product defects). When a bound is exceeded, the system can email a specified person informing them of the event. Graphs of
indicators can include bounds, as well as other indicators to which they
may be related.
