Any information you transmit to us may be used by Methodware Limited (and Methodware Partners), to, amongst other things, advise you of our products and services. We do not sell, publish or give your information away. In some situations, we may be obliged to disclose information to law enforcement or other government agencies, for example in the event of an investigation into any activity that is illegal, or that may expose us to legal liability. You have the right to access and correct your personal information held by Methodware Limited subject to the provisions of the New Zealand Privacy Act 1993. How we use your information
When you transmit your personal information over the Internet, you should remember that the Internet is not a secure environment. Any personal information you send to Methodware Limited may be used by Methodware Limited to provide information to you about the full range of products and services that we offer. We do not sell, publish or give your information away. Information about you provided to Methodware Limited can be used by us to carry out our business.

Support Form
Methodware respects your privacy and any information Methodware Staff or Methodware Partners receive from you via the Support Form will be kept confidential. Please note that information you send to Methodware via the Internet could be viewed by third parties without your or Methodware's knowledge, before it reaches Methodware's network.

If you are sending us data files that may contain sensitive information we suggest you zip the data files with a password before attaching them to the form. In a separate email send us the password for the zip. This is just a suggestion and we recommend that you review your organisation's Privacy Policy before you send us data that your organisation considers to be sensitive.

The error log contains program trace information only, but please browse the error log first before you attach it in the Support Form to see if there is any information that you do not feel comfortable about sending us, or that does not meet your organisation's Privacy Policy. Information that we receive from you via our Support Form may be forwarded by Methodware staff to a Methodware Partner if they represent your country.
