Paul was appointed Managing Director of Methodware in 2009. He works closely with the Board of Directors to set overall strategy for the Methodware product lines and drive growth in our key markets. Paul has a wealth of experience leading technology and consulting firms across Europe and Asia Pacific.
Before joining Methodware, Paul was an executive with Perot Systems, where he held several roles including leading the Australia and New Zealand operations and within the global financial services business unit. Paul has also held senior roles with Cognizant, Detica and Deloitte.

Tom has responsibility for Methodware's overall market strategy, including product direction, market research, analyst relations, communications and other marketing activities.
Tom joined Methodware in 2008 after ten years with Metavante, where he held senior roles in the GRC Solutions and Risk Management Consulting practices. He is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame, and holds an MBA and an MS in Information Management from Arizona State University.

Dean was named Methodware VP Technology in 2011 in addition to his role as Jade’s European VP Technology. He is responsible for all Methodware technology, and works closely with several of Methodware and Jade’s largest customers. Together with Jade’s CTO and CIO, Dean plays a key role in defining Jade’s technology roadmaps.
Dean joined Jade in 1989 and has played an integral development and architecture role on the JOOB and JADE platforms, as well as bespoke client applications. He holds a B.Sc in Computer Science from Canterbury University.

Angela is responsible for managing Methodware’s international partner programme. Since joining Methodware in 1997, she has played a key role in the development and continued growth of the partner network which today comprises over 30 partners.
In conjunction with this, Angela has also been involved in implementing Methodware solutions and training users at a diverse range of client sites in countries including the UK, Malaysia, USA and South Africa. Prior to joining Methodware, Angela was part of the Assurance Services Group at Ernst & Young New Zealand.

Scott has responsibility for the design and development of Methodware's products, working closely with internal sales and marketing staff, and the development team. He also works directly with clients and analysts to understand their needs and future requirements.
Scott joined Methodware in 2000 after 12 years with Ernst & Young. At Ernst & Young, Scott worked in a number of roles around the world, and held senior positions in Information Systems Audit, as well as in Risk. He is a Chartered Accountant and a graduate of the University of Auckland, with a BSc in Computer Science and a BCom in Accounting.

Jon is responsible for Methodware’s business activities in Asia Pacific. Jon has a 25 year history in the software industry and has significant experience across a number of business oriented software solutions including business intelligence, corporate performance management and GRC.
Jon has been with Methodware since 2008. He has been active in the GRC software market since 2004 and has led the implementation of GRC solutions in a wide variety of industry sectors including financial services, engineering, resources and government.

Arun is responsible for Methodware’s global service and support offerings. He is the driving force behind our implementation methodology, and manages our professional services, client management and technical services and support teams.
Prior to joining Methodware, Arun was a client partner at Cognizant, managing all aspects of large financial services client software implementations and outsourcing projects. He was educated at the College of Engineering, Trivandrum and the University of Oxford’s Said Business School.
