Before we ever install ERA, we work with you to clearly define your GRC processes and expected results. Through our scoping and requirements analysis efforts, we learn more about what you’re trying to do – user personas, their expectations and previous experiences, the different inputs and outputs you need to incorporate into ERA.
This process lets us capture your specific terminology, current and desired work and data flows, decision trees and key scenarios. With this information, we design the screens and map out the methods that you’ll need to get the most out of ERA.
Once the solution has been designed, ERA is configured to meet the needs identified through the design process. The ERA data model is designed for maximum flexibility – every item that appears on a screen is editable. No programming or database manipulation is required, so you don’t have to worry that you’re getting stuck with a custom piece of software that can’t be maintained.
Using the Method Design Suite, methods are constructed to support standard frameworks, regulatory requirements, industry risk solutions, performance measurement – whatever your GRC need. You can publish system views to ensure that users with the same access and roles can see what you need them to see.
The final step in our implementation methodology is the actual implementation. This involves installing the application, populating data, testing performance to ensure that everything operates as it should and training.
Training is a fundamental component of implementation. In many cases, your end users will require a minimum of training. Our focus is ensuring that your IT support resources, key GRC professionals and system administrators are fully trained and able to hit the ground running when ERA goes live in your environment.
We assign a dedicated project manager to every ERA implementation. This experienced consultant will work with your project management team to plan the dates, tasks and deliverables required to successfully implement ERA.
We also conduct periodic project reviews and produce regular status reporting. Any changes to your requirements during the process are reviewed and documented to ensure that the scope and timelines remain on target.
