BDO Works with Methodware to Expand Consultancy Toolkits May 1 2009

BDO, the fifth largest accounting and consulting network in the world, has partnered with Methodware.

BDO, the fifth largest accounting and consulting network in the world, has partnered with Methodware Limited, a leading governance, risk and compliance software solution provider, to enhance its Risk Advisory Services consultancy toolkit.  Two BDO member firms, BDO Seidman, LLP in the United States and BDO Kendalls in Australia are the first to add Methodware’s Enterprise Risk Assessor (ERA) to their toolkits.

BDO’s Risk Advisory Services consulting practice wanted to use an established, successful and well-supported risk management software solution as part of its enterprise risk management, internal audit and assurance, and regulatory compliance client engagements. “After a detailed search, we selected Methodware for the functionality and flexibility inherent in ERA and the responsive level of service their people provide,” said Jennifer Salzman, managing director in Risk Advisory Services for BDO Seidman.
