Dr Rod Carr is the Managing Director of Jade Software Corporation (Methodware's Parent company),
which he joined in 2003 after a distinguished career in the banking sector, including as the
Acting Governor of New Zealand's central bank, the Reserve Bank of New Zealand.

During a five year career at the Reserve Bank he played a key management role as a director and
Deputy Governor, including five months as Acting Governor. Prior to this Dr Carr was a senior
executive at the National Australia Bank (NAB) in Melbourne, Australia. During his 11-year
career in commercial banking, Dr Carr worked in senior executive and management roles spanning
many aspects of the business. He is also involved in several private and public companies as a
consultant and director and is a member of the Advisory Board to the University of Canterbury College of Business and
Economics.

In 2005 Dr Carr accepted an invitation to become a Fellow of the New Zealand Institute of Management and in 2006 Dr Carr
was named NZ Hi-Tech Company Leader of the Year.

Dr Chris Moxon was appointed Chief Executive Officer in January 2004. He had worked with
Methodware in a consulting capacity for the previous 6 years.

Prior to Methodware, Chris held the following positions:
- Managing Partner of Ernst & Young's New Zealand Consulting practice
- Managing Partner of Andersen's New Zealand Consulting practice
- Managing Director of Oracle New Zealand

Chris holds a B.Sc degree (1st Class honours) from Coventry University, UK and a PhD
from the University of Sheffield, UK.

Paul was the founder of Methodware and has accordingly overseen the growth of both the product
set and distribution network over the last decade. He has a detailed knowledge of all aspects
of Methodware's technology, products, people, customers, suppliers and corporate structure.

Prior to establishing Methodware, he was a computer auditor with Ernst & Young, focusing on
Information Systems Audit. He was seconded to Brussels (Belgium) and London (UK).

Paul holds a BMS degree (Bachelor of Management Studies) majoring in Accounting and Business
Management; an M.Com (Masters of Commerce in Information Systems - 1st Class Honours) and
an A.C.A (Associate Chartered Accountant).

David Lindsay joined Jade Software Corporation (Methodware's Parent company) in 1997. David is
Jade Software Corporation's Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary and is responsible for
the overall financial and capital strategy of the Group as well as risk mitigation and regulatory
compliance.

Prior to joining Jade Software Corporation David worked as a manager in audit and transaction
services for both Coopers & Lybrand, Christchurch and Price Waterhouse, Central Europe where he
was involved in audit and the introduction of foreign investment into the privatised industries of
Eastern European countries

Angela joined Methodware in 1997, she has played a key role in the development and continued
growth of the partner network. She has extensive experience implementing and training clients in
Methodware solutions in the United Kingdom, New Zealand, Malaysia, USA and South Africa.
Seconded to London in April 2001, Angela worked closely with key UK, European and North
American partners. Before returning to New Zealand in early 2004, Angela was instrumental in
establishing Methodware (UK) Ltd.

Prior to joining Methodware, Angela was a Business Analyst in the Assurance Services Group at
Ernst & Young New Zealand. Angela has a BA double major from Victoria University in Wellington.

Scott is responsible for the development and update of the full range of Methodware products, as
well as heading the team that provides customer support. He has a detailed understanding of the
Methodware tools and technology, including their interaction with 3rd party databases and web
servers.

Scott's background includes 12 years in Public Accounting practices in various countries, including
audit and Information Systems Audit in New Zealand, Kuwait and the United States. Before joining
Methodware, Scott was a Senior Manager in the Ernst & Young LLP (US) Professional and
Organizational Development (P&OD) group, with responsibility for developing learning solutions for
the Information Systems and Assurance Advisory Services (ISAAS) group. This group consisted of approximately 1000
people in the US firm and a further 1500 internationally.

Scott has a BSc in Computer Science, a BCom in Accounting, and is a Chartered Accountant (NZ).

Martin has represented Methodware products in Europe for the last 6 years. He has a focus on the
financial services industry and has successfully sold solutions to Central, Retail and Private Banks
across Europe, Mortgage Lenders and Insurers.

Prior to Methodware, Martin promoted large scale cost management and project management
solutions to a variety of industries. He has extensive experience in the process engineering and
construction industry.

He has worked in many countries throughout Europe, Middle East and Asia and speaks both
Italian and French.

Martin holds a BSc (Hons.) in Physics and a Diploma in Industrial Studies.

Richard was appointed VP, North America in April 2004. He brings extensive executive level sales
and marketing experience to Methodware.

- Sales Manager, Hewlett Packard New Zealand
